PROGRAMME OFFICER- Awards & Fellowships

Job Title Programme Officer
Location Head Office, C-11 Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi 16
Prime Functions In charge of the Awards, Fellowships, HR and PR functions

Educational Qualifications
A Post Graduate degree in Arts and Humanities, should be inter-disciplinary in thought and action, and coordination skills, be curious and innovative, and have a critical approach to looking at the arts and culture scenario both traditional as well as contemporary art.

Skills: The candidate must have excellent skills in English. Similar skills in Hindi will be of definite advantage. A good understanding and engagement with contemporary themes and ideas in the field of arts, art trends, culture and environment

Computer Skills:
Proficient in MS office .

Experience:
Around 3-5 years in similar or related capacities of some responsibility,
preferably in arts and culture field.

The Programme Officer will work closely with the President of Sanskriti Pratishthan to imbibe the vision and mission of Awards and Fellowships.

• To assume the role of overall coordinator to administer and manage the Sanskriti Awards, a flagship programme of Sanskriti. The search should lead to the selection of exceptional young talent and provide recognition in a public function.
• To assume the role of overall coordinator to administer and manage the SanskritiFellowships arisingfrom benefactions /donations specifically created out of perpetuity.
• Designing new fellowship schemes arising from benefactions /donations and identify the focus of the fellowships.
• The programme officer will also handle all HR matters, design policies and procedures from time to time.
• Handle all press related matters.
• Develop operational procedures like working manuals and constantly update them.

He/She will be responsible for coordination and supervision of all programmes affiliated to the Sanskriti Kendra, which includes:

• International Artists Residency Programme
• Conference and workshop facilities offered to NGOs and like minded
  institutions
• Children’s education programme
• Managing programmes based around the three Museums on site

 

Programme Coordinator

Job Description:

Programme Coordinators will participate in the ongoing work of the
Foundation’s initiatives. If you are learning professional with excellent team skills having a passion for the arts and culture, then here is an opportunity for you to be part of Sanskriti. We are looking for people who can make a commitment to work with a team of dedicated professionals who share a common vision.

Qualifications:
(a) A degree from a recognized university in arts and humanities
(b) Good communication skills, verbal and written
(c) Basic computer knowledge


Programme Assistant / Interns

Job Description:
Interns participate in the ongoing work and complete specific projects of the
Foundations initiatives. At the end of the internship there is a possibility for full time employment.

Qualifications :
(a) A degree from a recognized university in arts and humanities
(b) Excellent language proficiency- verbal and written in English.
(c) Basic computer knowledge
